From study materials to your diploma
How the studies work
The entire study process takes place online in the study system. You study at your own pace and can start at any time.
Study materials
In each course, you will find lecture notes, presentations, recommended literature, and contact information for the lecturer.
Test
After studying the materials, you will answer closed-ended questions. The test is evaluated automatically, and you need at least 70% to pass.
Practical application exam
This verifies that you can apply your knowledge in practice. Here too, you need at least 70%.
Final thesis and diploma
After completing all courses, you will receive the assignment for your final thesis, which you will defend online. Upon successful defense, we will issue your diploma.
01Before studies
When can I start?
Anytime. The beginning of the studies is not tied to the academic year. You will gain access to the study system immediately after paying the tuition fee or its first installment.
How long do the studies take?
It depends entirely on your time availability. The length stated for the programs is indicative, and we do not have any time limit.
Can I pay the tuition in installments?
Yes, up to five interest-free installments. By default, they are paid monthly, but we can arrange the frequency individually. The entire tuition fee must be paid before the diploma is issued.
Do I have to attend classes at a fixed time?
No. You study from the materials in the study system whenever you have time. Lectures and workshops by our lecturers are pre-recorded and optional, so you can watch them anytime.
I don't know which program to choose. Can you advise me?
Yes. Send us an e-mail and we will go through the programs with you. You don't need to have submitted an application.
02During studies
I failed the test. What now?
You can retake the test. The number of attempts is unlimited, both for tests and practical application exams. If you need help with the material, contact the lecturer of the given course.
What does the practical application exam look like?
It consists of various types of questions: multiple-choice, ordering steps of a process, and matching terms to definitions.
Where can I find contact information for the lecturer?
In the first section of each course, right next to the study materials. Lecturers are available to you throughout your studies.
How do I find out what I still need to complete?
Send us an e-mail with your name and program. We will check what you have finished and what is still missing.
What will I receive after completing my studies?
A diploma in a single English original, on security paper with protective elements. Along with it, a transcript of records, also in English. Everything is sent physically.
When will my diploma arrive?
We issue the diploma after the successful defense of the final thesis and the payment of the entire tuition fee. If you are waiting for it, send us an e-mail and we will check if it has already been sent.
